Kay's Naturals currently ships products to the United States.

Domestic Shipping Charges and Restrictions:

Kay's Naturals charges a flat rate of $7.50 for all shipments to the continental United States (i,e., contiguous 48 states), with free shipping on all orders $30 or more (continental U.S. only). Kay's Naturals reserves the right to adjust shipping rates for locations outside of the continental U.S.

Generally, Kay's Naturals ships via UPS Standard and usually will ship in one business day, but can take up to three business days from the date the order is placed. Kay’s Naturals reserves the right to use other carriers at its discretion.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

International Shipping Charges and Restrictions:

Prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. Kay’s Naturals takes no responsibility for these fees. All customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs paid by customers on the receiving end.

Refunds/Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us at sales@kaysnaturals.com for resolution.

If a refund is necessary, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of contacting Kay’s. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to process your return once we receive notice and determine that a refund is necessary (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 20 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've processed the return on our system.  

Shipping Restrictions
Circumstances prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by Kay’s Naturals to the following destinations:

• Kay’s Naturals does not ship to U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico).

• Kay’s Naturals does not ship to prisons.

• Kay’s Naturals does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
