Strawberries and Mixed Green Salad
3 cups watercress leaves
3 cups arugula leaves
3 cups sliced strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp orange zest
Combine greens and berries in a large salad bowl.
Poppy Seed Dressing
Whisk orange juice, oil, poppy seeds and orange rind. Pour
dressing over greens and toss. Serve with your favorite flavor
of Kay’s Protein Chips. Makes 8 servings..
